"Selling a home can be an exhausting & stressful process. Charles was recommended to us by a local home Builder. Charles guided us through the entire selling process. He counseled us regarding steps we needed to take to prepare our home for sale. Once the house was listed, he communicated to us almost daily as showings were scheduled and offers were received.
